Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Simplicity at it’s finest with few ingredients and minimal effort. The truffles are rich, chewy, and the chocolate melts if you look at it too hard. Oh and added bonus, these won’t make you fat thus proving that indulgence is on the tongue of the taster.

The Food

Mejdool Dates
Cocoa Powder
La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil
The Good Life Vegan Chocolate Chunks
Sweetened Coconut Flakes

The Process
Take a handful of pitted dates into a food processor. Drizzle walnut oil. Process to very thick consistency.

Melt vegan chocolate in microwave with a small amount of walnut oil.

The Assembly

Roll date paste in palms to form ball. Dip with fork into melted chocolate. Set aside.

Option to roll in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
