Raw Vegan Red Pepper Spread

Raw. A most versatile spread that you can use with crackers, as dressing, on sandwhiches, and so on.

The Food

2 Red Bell Pappers

2 Tablespoons “good” olive oil

1 Handful fresh cilantro

2 Cloves of fresh Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Tamari

3/4 Cup of Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Cup of Raw Cashews

The Process

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend for desired consistency.
